AEW Double Or Nothing 2019

Last year, Cody and The Young Bucks put on the independent event titled All In that turned out to be a huge success. They’re looking to build off that event but this time will do it under the AEW banner where they are each executive vice presidents with the company.

which is operated by Shad and Tony Khan, who also owns the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars – have been signing talent left and right to fill up its roster and recently locked up New Japan Pro Wrestling star and former IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega. Plus, the group recently announced a business relationship with Mexico’s AAA promotion that will open the door to more talent.

All Elite Wrestling’s first show, Double or Nothing is the showcase event for the new wrestling promotion. While All In, Cody Rhodes and the Young Bucks’ first show together last year, was a celebration of wrestling Double or Nothing will set the foundation for what AEW wants to be. The people in power say that AEW will take wins and losses into account and be more about the in-ring performances so we’ll see how the pay-per-view will go.

There are nine matches between the pre-show and main card and just one championship on the line, the AAA Tag Team titles currently held by The Young Bucks.
